Maximum Capital Appreciation

The Fund’s investment objective is to engage in a wide variety of security investment and trading activities, including but not limited to publicly traded equity, debt, unlisted securities and private placements investments, with the objective to seek maximum capital appreciation keeping low volatilities. Current interest income and dividends derived by the Portfolio are incidental to its primary objective. The Fund will invest in listed securities, and further in unlisted securities, debt instruments and derivative instruments. There can be no assurance that the Fund’s objective will be achieved and investment results may vary substantially on a quarterly basis.
